Deposit Payment
We require a deposit of 40% of the total amount to confirm your safari. This is to be sent to our bank account via wire transfer or by credit card through our online payment platform. The deposit is to be settled within 1 week after issue of invoice or on arrival in USD or KSh.
NB:Currency Exchange Rates Applies.
Notes:
- Credit card payments attracts a surcharge of 5%
- All payments to Kenya Wildlife Safaris are in USD or Ksh.
Cancellation policy
Confirmation date – 60 days to safari – Full refund and bank charges are forfeited
59 – 30 Days to Safari – 10% of deposit + bank charges is forfeited
29 – 0 Days to Safari: 100% of deposit is forfeited
